The original and simple system of extraction is based on male and female pressing units that have a perfect synchronization. The fruit is automatically cut in halves by the blade, and the pressing units extract the juice of its pulp.

This innovative, genuine and simple juicing process created by Zumex has received Spanish and international patents.

Its unique feature, apart from its stylish design, lies in the fact that the juicer heads are at all times in contact with the pulp and never with the orange peel. In this manner, the sour taste is avoided and the highest quality juice is obtained. This system permits a great yield as high as 95%, assuring that the juice does not contain any part of the peel or the essential oil.
